Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha has been associated with high levels of DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) production. DHEA is a hormone that promotes hair growth. Additionally, DHEA increases collagen synthesis that improves the elasticity of the scalp, and repairs any sun damage. As a result, you get healthy and shiny hair.
Cloves: The compound eugenol found in cloves helps promote hair growth when applied to the roots. It can also repair, strengthen and add a healthy shine to the hair shaft when applied regularly.
Castile Soap: Unlike commercial shampoos, castile soap does not contain fragrances, harsh detergents, and chemicals that might irritate the skin. Moreover, it preserves the natural oils of the scalp and helps maintain a healthy scalp. This may also help keep the hair follicles healthy and promote a healthy hair growth rate.
Tea Tree Oil: Tea tree oil can help with various ailments, such as dandruff and hair loss.
With all the severe chemicals found in hair products today, you could be stripping your hair follicle of much-needed nutrients. If you use a lot of products or dye your hair often, you can put your hair at risk of breaking off or falling out.
Using small amounts of diluted tea tree oil down the shaft of the hair will help prevent buildup of chemicals and dead skin. This keeps your hair healthy and moisturized, which can help it grow at its normal rate and prevent it from falling out.
Dandruff is caused by an accumulation of scaly, dry skin on your scalp. If left untreated, the dead skin buildup could ultimately hinder hair growth. A shampoo containing tea tree oil can provide both antifungal and antibacterial benefits. This means it will get rid of what’s causing the dead skin on your scalp.
Sea Moss: Many of the beneficial effects sea moss has on the body can also apply to your hair. Because it's so full of nutrients, this seaweed can reduce the risk of hair damage and make your locks look healthier. Other benefits of using sea moss for your hair include: Promoting natural hair growth.
If you have very thin hair or feel that your hair could do with a little extra body then seamoss is going to be a great option for you. Seamoss helps to thicken your hair because it has a high protein content.
Jamaican Black Castor Oil: Jamaican Black Castor Oil works for all hair types and has amazing benefits. It will moisturize, thicken, strengthen and rapidly increase hair growth. It increases blood flow to the scalp, supplying valuable nutrients to the hair follicles.
Sweet Almond Oil: Massaging almond oil on the head and scalp improves the circulation of blood to the roots, promoting hair growth and making it stronger. Additionally, the biotin present in the oil helps to reactivate dormant follicles by producing enough keratin to thicken and grow thinning hair.
Olive Oil:
Not many people know that olive oil is linked to hair growth. While olive oil is used for cooking and treatment of skin diseases, hair experts say that olive oil is the best cure of the problem of hair loss. One of the key benefits of using olive oil is that it prevents and cures hair loss.
Blackseed Oil: Not only does it have anti-inflammatory effects which are beneficial for scalp issues, such as flakiness, redness, and sensitivity but is also known for promoting hair growth. Due to its natural antihistamine properties its great for tackling irritation but these same powerful properties also stimulate hair growth in areas that are thinning or suffering from hair fallout. Importantly, antihistamines are often prescribed to patients who experience alopecia in order to stimulate hair regrowth.
Aloe Vera Leaf: Aloe vera promotes healthy hair growth thanks to a special enzyme found in aloe called proteolytic enzymes. These enzymes effectively break down dead skin cells on the scalp that may clog hair follicles. If hair follicles are blocked with excess sebum, dirt, or dead skin, they won't be able to grow properly.
Shea Butter: Shea butter has anti-inflammatory activity that can improve scalp conditions. It is also good for hair growth, providing many nutrients needed for healthy hair. Actually, we can add other skin-related benefits. For example, shea butter might help with wounds or dandruff.
Green Coffee Bean oil: High amounts of phytosterols and linoleic acid present in green coffee oil rapidly boost moisture in skin, hair, and nails. Coffee Seed Oil is easily absorbed by your hair and scalp and has numerous benefits such as: Promotes hair growth by increasing blood flow to the scalp and increasing scalp stimulation.
