SOURSOP LEAVES
Traditionally, soursop leaves have been used to treat insomnia. The leaves have a smooth muscle relaxant activity and act as sedatives. Taking a glass of soursop leaf tea may also help ease stress.

HOW TO USE
Procedure:
1.Boil the water in a sauce pan.
2.As soon as it boils, add ( a pinch per cup) shredded Soursop leaves and turn down the heat to low.
3.Simmer the leaves for 20 minutes.
4.Turn off the stove. Let the tea cool, ready for drinking.
Your leaves can be used at least times before discarding. For a gallon, use one third of the bag.
